X Back Braces

Our X back British braces are the most popular style also sometimes referred to as 4-Clip braces. These trouser braces feature two straps to both the front and the rear, crossing over at the back in an X Shape. Our X back braces have either a metal triangle or a leather patch both which allow the straps to cross at the rear. Four metal clips or leather ends secure the braces to the trousers.

All of our mens trouser braces can be adjusted using the slide adjusters to raise or lower the trousers for a comfortable fit and also to allow the trouser to drape correctly over the shoe. X back trouser braces are believed to provide greater support to the wearer due to having the additional clip.

Our standard length X style trouser braces are cut generously at 44 inches. However we also specialise in extra long braces (XL), extra extra long braces (XXL) and extra extra extra long braces (XXXL) for tall and big men.
